002 / IDENTITY.

i am an architect.

i build what doesn’t exist yet.

I see possibility and turn it into brands, products, and experiences that people can use and believe in.
003 / ARCHITECTURE.

possibility needs structure.

I bring clarity to ambiguity and build the architecture that turns possibility into lasting impact.

004 / IMPACT.

i don’t measure the work by what’s delivered.

i measure it by what changed.

The real measure of success is what endures: creating value, building capability, and driving impact that continues long after I’m gone.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Streaming democratized music distribution, but not the expertise artists need to stand out. Independent artists still needed development, brand, marketing and business strategy to turn access into opportunity.

THE APPROACH

Built THEBLKLBL as an artist-first partnership model, investing in the music, brand and market strategy of artists with a meaningful story to tell, while protecting the independence that makes their work their own.

THE OUTCOME

Developed a roster of 10 distinctive artists who, over 13 years, created and released 20 full-length projects plus dozens of singles, videos, artist identities and stories brought to life.

BrandDNA strategy board illustrating audience, differentiation and value, with a DNA helix and the phrase “Different by Design.”
